Regal Infraventures Llp is located over at C34 in GTB Nagar, which is in the Kareli area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets quite busy around the market times. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our part with local infrastructure projects and different ventures that come our way. The office is pretty small, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites making sure the work is actually happening. It’s not always easy because things like labor shortages or material costs going up can really throw a wrench in the plans. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us, so what you see is basically what you get. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the technical side of the infra work is solid. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the files and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. People in Kareli usually just drop by if they need to talk about a project or check on some paperwork. We don’t really go in for those big corporate meetings; we’d rather just sit down and figure out the practical steps to finish a job. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local scene here in this part of town.
