Our place is located at 16/17 Arma Bagh Moti in Lucknow. It’s an older part of the city, and we’ve been working out of here for a good while. The office is tucked away, so it’s usually not too loud, which helps when we’re trying to go over technical drawings or engineering plans. We’re a team that focuses on infrastructure, so we’re often out and about checking on various roads or structures around the district. Lucknow is a big place, and getting from one side to the other for a site visit can take up half the morning. We don’t really go in for the polished, high-end office look. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and some old tea cups. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know how each other works. We don't really do the whole mission statement thing. We just take on the projects we can handle and try to do a decent job with them. Being in Arma Bagh Moti is convenient because we’re fairly central to a lot of the areas where we have work. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes a lot of stress when things don’t go exactly to plan, but that’s construction for you. We just take it day by day and keep the engineering side of things running as smoothly as we possibly can.
