RECLINEMART INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Gouri Bazar in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. If you’re familiar with this part of Lucknow, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. It’s a practical space where we handle all the infra work that comes our way. We don’t spend much money on decorations because we’d rather focus on the projects. The street outside is usually full of people and vendors, so there’s always some noise. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Some days we are out on the field and other days we are stuck here doing the accounts. It’s a mix. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of different people, from labor contractors to local suppliers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sarojini Nagar is a place with a lot of energy, and we feel like we are a small part of that. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains, but that’s just part of having an office in this area. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up at Gouri Bazar every morning.
