Realterra Developers Private Limited is located over at 18, Ambrapali Shyam Kunj, which is on Rbl Road in Lucknow. Our office is just a regular place in the colony where we handle all the day-to-day business stuff. Lucknow is a big city and Rbl Road is always packed with traffic, so getting around takes a lot of time. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and figuring out which site needs us the most that day. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in Uttar Pradesh, just a steady group of people doing honest work. Building things in a city like this means you have to deal with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just part of the job. Most of the people working with us have been around for a long time. We know the 226002 area pretty well by now. When we have a project, we just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the plumbing works right. There isn't any secret to it, just showing up and making sure the labor is doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute and we have to scramble to fix things, but we usually manage to get things back on track. It is just us working from Ambrapali Shyam Kunj, trying to get things built one at a time without too much fuss or trouble.
