We are based at Shop No. LGF 5, which is in the lower ground floor at Plot No. 22B. It’s right there on the AP Sen Road part of Station Road in Lucknow. Being near the station means it is always noisy and crowded, but Rathor Builders & Developers LLP fits right in. We like being accessible. You don’t have to go through some big lobby to find us. We’re just right there in the shop. It’s a practical spot for us because we’re always moving around the city anyway. The pin code is 226001, right in the heart of things. Our team is small, mostly family and a few others who have been with us forever. We deal with building and development, which basically means a lot of paperwork and even more time spent on-site. The office is where we keep the records and meet up for lunch. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and some old files. We don’t spend money on shiny things when the work happens outside. Lucknow is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the projects we’ve taken on. People know us in this neighborhood, and we like that. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. It’s busy and loud, but it’s what we know best and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
