Our office is located at Plot No. 3 in Basant Vihar, over in the Faridi Nagar area of Indira Nagar. Lucknow is where we live and work, so we know the layout of the city pretty well. Rapidcon is an OPC, so it is a pretty small and focused operation. We don't have a lot of layers or departments. If you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We deal with infrastructure and estate development. Most of our days aren't spent in the office though. We are usually out in Basant Vihar or other parts of Indira Nagar checking on how things are moving along. The office itself is a basic setup with a couple of chairs and some files. It is a practical space for us to meet and go over the day’s plan. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or advertisements. We figure if we do a decent job, people will find out. It is a lot of work dealing with the local regulations and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes it gets stressful when things are delayed, but that is just how the construction and estate business goes. We stay busy and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like being part of the local community here in Lucknow.
