RANGREZ WERKES INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of a flat on Station Road in Lucknow. Specifically, we are at Flat No- 2, Building No - 7, on Station Road - 10. You can always hear the trains from here, which took some getting used to. It’s a busy, loud part of the city, but it’s convenient for getting around. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We focus on infrastructure work, which means we’re often out and about across Lucknow. We use the flat as a base to coordinate everything. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we actually prefer. We aren't into those big speeches about changing the world; we just want to get the bricks laid and the roads paved properly. Sometimes the traffic on Station Road makes it hard to get to meetings on time, but that’s just life in LKO. We’ve got a small crew and we all know each other well. There’s no hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do whatever needs doing. Whether it’s filing paperwork or going out to check a site, everyone helps out. We’ve been working from this spot for a while, and even with the noise of the station, it feels like the right place for us. It’s practical and it’s right in the heart of the city's movement. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
