If you’re looking for us, we’re located at 352/130 E in Rani Laxmi Bai Puram, right in the heart of Rajajipuram. Ramasvi Builders & Developers Privatelimited is basically a local operation. We’ve lived and worked in Lucknow for a long time, so we know the neighborhoods here inside and out. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place to keep our tools and paperwork organized. We focus on building and developing properties specifically around this side of town. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and making sure all the permits are in order, which can be a real pain sometimes. We prefer being out where the actual building is happening though. Rajajipuram has its own vibe, and we try to fit our projects into that. Sometimes we run into delays because of the rain or just waiting for materials to arrive on those narrow streets. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and shops that people can actually use. Our family and friends live nearby, so we have to do a good job or we’ll hear about it at the market. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy seeing families move into the places we’ve worked on. Just a local team doing honest work.
