Raja Armaan Infradevelopers Private Limited is based at Plot No.1 in Shivani Vihar, Kalyanpur. This is right in Lucknow, and it’s where we spend most of our time. We do a lot of infradevelopment work, which basically means we help get land ready and build the basic things people need. We aren't a big company with a fancy headquarters. Our office in Shivani Vihar is just a regular place where we keep our maps and talk about the next steps for our projects. Lucknow is a big city and it keeps getting bigger, so there is always a lot of work to be done in Kalyanpur and the surrounding areas. We don't have a marketing team or any corporate brochures. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or people seeing us working on a site. It’s a lot of physical work and the days can be very long. We deal with all the usual problems like bad weather or late deliveries of stone and sand. We don't try to act like we are better than anyone else. We are just trying to do a decent job so we can move on to the next project. Our focus is on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the workers know what they are doing. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business and it works for us.
