Our office is over in Gomti Nagar Vistar, specifically at Baghamau. It is located at Khasra number 36-S A. This part of Lucknow is growing really fast, so there is always some noise or construction happening nearby. We do infrastructure and development work. It is a lot of labor involving land and building structures from the ground up. We spend a lot of time out in the heat making sure things are actually getting built right. The team isn't very big, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the owner is out moving pipes and other times they’re in the office dealing with the bank. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. We usually just have tea from the stall down the street. It works for us. Developing land takes a lot of patience, especially with all the rules you have to follow these days. We try to stay organized but sometimes the files pile up on the desks and we have to spend a whole Sunday just sorting them out. That’s just the way it goes when you’re busy. We like being in Gomti Nagar Vistar because it’s where all the new action is. We’ve seen this area change from empty fields to what it is now. It's a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time and try not to get too stressed about the deadlines. Most of the time, things work out if you just keep showing up.
