Qualzo Construction Private Limited is based out of Sahara City Homes on IIM Road. Our office is at C 3/601. It’s a nice enough area in Lucknow, a bit quieter than the main city center. We focus on construction and building stuff for various clients. We don't have a massive crew, just a group of dedicated guys who know their way around a site. Most mornings we meet at the office to discuss the day and then head out to various locations. IIM Road has been developing very fast, so there's always something new to look at or a new project starting up nearby. Our address in 226013 is easy to find if you know the township layout. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on the quality of the sand and steel we use. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean for long. We deal with a lot of mud, dust, and concrete every day. We started this company because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. The office is tucked away in the residential complex, which makes it feel more local and less like a boring corporate park. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big presentations. We just show up and do the work. If there's a problem with a wall or a floor, we go back and fix it. We just want to make sure the building is solid before we move on.
