We are over at H No S 23/A in the Sangam Vihar Colony. It’s near the Fauji Chauraha area in Nandanpura. The place is basically a converted house, so it has a very lived-in feel. Qtech Labs is where we do our training and consulting work. It is not some high-tech glass tower. It’s just a regular building with some rooms turned into workspaces. We have cables running across the floor sometimes and whiteboards that don't always erase perfectly. We do a lot of technical stuff, but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet except for the traffic near the Chauraha. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or talking through problems with the people who come for training. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we order food from the local stalls and eat at our desks. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just enjoy the work and like helping people figure out the technical side of things.
