We are Qah Estate Developers Llp, and you can find us out on Kursi Road, right at Plot No. 256 and 257 in Gudamba. We’re located near Khasra No. 56. It’s a bit of an active area with a lot of new things happening. We spend most of our time out on the land itself. Dealing with plots and estates isn't just about looking at a map; you have to be there on the ground to see what's what. The office is pretty basic because we prefer being out where the actual work is happening. We deal with a lot of land leveling, boundary marking, and sorting out the legal bits for the plots. It gets quite hot out here during the summer, but that’s just how it goes. People come by asking about the sizes of the plots or the road access. We give them the straight facts without any fluff. It’s hard work and involves a lot of patience with the local authorities and the workers. We’ve been in the Gudamba area long enough to know the soil and the local quirks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just one that gets things right on the plots we manage. It’s just us, some dusty boots, and a lot of measuring tapes most days. The road out to Gudamba can be a bit bumpy, but we’re used to the drive. We often take our lunch with us because there aren't many places to eat once you get out to the plots. We sit under the shade of a tree and talk about things.
