We are located over at Radha Krishan Appartment on Cantt Road. Our office is actually Flat Number 401, so it’s more of a residential feel than a cold office building. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at the other buildings and the trees lining the street below. Cantt Road can be quite a stretch, but our building is tucked away enough that it stays relatively quiet for us to get work done. We handle advisory services for housing and property, which basically means we spend our days on the phone or sitting around the kitchen-turned-meeting table talking through options. It’s a small operation. There are only a couple of us here most days. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to walk the stairs, which isn't great in the summer heat, but it’s just part of the charm of working in an older apartment block. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. We keep our files in simple cabinets and try to stay on top of the local market trends without getting too bogged down in corporate talk. It’s a practical way to work, and being in a home-like environment makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We just do our best to help people figure out their property stuff.
