We are located over at 175 Chhota Chandganj in Lucknow. It’s a decent area, quite central for us to get around. PRIYANSHI NIRMAN is the name on our door, and we’ve been at this for a bit now. Being in construction in a city like Lucknow means you are always moving. There’s always traffic to deal with and sites to visit. We are an LLP, so it’s a partnership between us. We don’t have a massive HR department or anything like that. If you call, you probably just talk to one of us directly. We spend our days looking at brick prices and talking to laborers. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes a truck gets stuck or a worker doesn't show up, and you have to figure it out on the fly. That is just the reality of the nirman business. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people who know how to manage building projects. We take things one day at a time. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples everywhere. But we know where everything is. We just want to keep working and making sure the things we build actually last. It’s a good feeling to drive past a place and know we had a hand in putting it up. It keeps us going when things get stressful. We are just glad to be working here in the city.
