Our office is at B-3/140 in Viraj Khand. That is located in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It is a pretty well-known part of the city for most people. Premium Infrabuild has been based here for a good while now. We do various types of infrabuilding work. Lucknow is changing so much lately, and we are right in the thick of all that growth. Viraj Khand is a good spot for us. It is mostly a residential area but it has these little pockets of business. Our office is just a regular building like any other. We have got a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It is the place where we plan out the next day's work. Gomti Nagar can get quite crowded, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. We try to schedule our site visits so we are not stuck sitting in traffic all day. The 226010 area is our home. We are not some giant corporation with thousands of different employees. We are a smaller group that focuses on just getting the work done. We do not have a fancy receptionist waiting at the front. Usually, it is just one of us answering the phone while we are busy doing something else. It is a practical and simple way to work. We like being in Uttar Pradesh because there is always something new to build. People here know that if they need something done, they can find us.
