Our office is set up at H-6 in Aadilnagar, right here in Lucknow. It’s a quiet enough spot for a construction office, though things get loud when we’re actually out on a site. Prema Constructions has been running from this house for some time. We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people, just a small team trying to get buildings up. Most of the time, the table is covered in blueprints and tea cups. Lucknow is growing fast, so there is always some work to look at or a site to visit. We spend a lot of our mornings making calls to suppliers to see why the sand or cement hasn't arrived yet. It’s a bit of a headache sometimes, but it's what we do. The address in Aadilnagar is where we meet to figure out the week's schedule. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR person. If you come by, you'll probably just see us working through the logistics of the current project. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with the people we work for. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of the heat or labor issues, but we don't hide that. We just keep moving forward.
