Prem Shankar Buildcon is located over in Gomti Nagar, specifically in Vibhuti Khand. We are on the first floor at Flat 101 in Block B-2 of the Eldeco Elegance building. It’s a nice enough building, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache some afternoons. Our team is pretty small, and we spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans and making phone calls to suppliers. Lucknow has been changing so much lately, and being in a spot like Gomti Nagar puts us right where a lot of the action is. We mostly focus on building projects around the city. The office has a few desks and a lot of paper stacked up. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. Clients come by every now and then to discuss their projects, and we just sit and talk through the details. There isn't much fluff here. We just try to stay on top of the permits and make sure the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just how things go around here, and we keep moving forward one day at a time.
