We are located in the Rail Vihar Colony area of Gomti Nagar, specifically at Vikalp Khand 3. Our office is 8/Iii and it is a pretty quiet spot for the most part. We do a lot of work involving land and housing projects around Lucknow. We started this because we lived here and knew the area well enough to make a go of it. It isn't always easy, especially when the heat in Lucknow gets bad and we still have to be out checking on the different sites. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who want to find a place to stay or maybe put some money into a plot of land. Sometimes the paperwork for these things takes much longer than the actual building part, which can be a bit of a pain for everyone involved. We try to be clear with people about what is happening on their project. There is no point in making things sound better than they really are if there is a delay. We have lived in Gomti Nagar long enough to see how much it has changed over the years. Our work involves a lot of walking around and talking to different contractors. Most days start pretty early before the sun gets too high. We keep our main records in the office and spend the rest of our time out at the plots making sure the boundaries are marked properly and the ground is ready for work.
