Our office for Pratap Heights is over in Sector-I, right near the Khazana Market area in the LDA Colony. If you know Lucknow, you know how busy the Kanpur Road gets. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now, mostly focusing on the height projects and local building work. It is not a very large place, just unit 903, but it stays busy enough with people dropping by to ask about plots or how their flats are coming along. We usually have the kettle on for tea because the days can get long when you are dealing with housing stuff. The traffic outside can be a mess, but it’s a good spot because everyone knows where Khazana Market is. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, look at the blueprints, and try to make sure the construction is moving like it should. Sometimes we are out at the sites more than we are in the office. It's a lot of walking around and checking on things. We keep things pretty simple here. Most of our guys have been around this part of Lucknow for years, so we know the local rules and the way things work. We handle the daily tasks, the paperwork, and the phone calls from morning to night. It's just a regular local business trying to keep up with the city and get some buildings finished.
