We are situated on the 4th Floor of Rohit Bhawan, which is on Sapru Marg in Lucknow. Being in the middle of Lucknow means the traffic outside is always a bit of a mess, especially during rush hour. Pee Kay Buildwell Llp has been in this building for a good while now. The elevator in Rohit Bhawan is a bit slow and sometimes it has a mind of its own, so we often end up taking the stairs. Once you get up to the fourth floor, our office is just a regular suite with a lot of light coming in from the windows. We have a view of the tops of the trees and the other buildings on Sapru Marg. The office itself is full of binders and computer screens where we track our construction projects across the state. It is a bit of a professional mess, with rolls of paper leaning against the walls and boxes of documents tucked under the desks. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually the spot where we have our meetings. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for a day of work. Lucknow is a busy city and Sapru Marg is one of its central points, so we feel like we are in the heart of everything. It is a solid place to work from, even if the building is a bit old.
