Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and site plans. We focus on housing projects, mostly looking at how to fit more people into this expanding city. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites and checking on progress. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the field. Some days the heat in Lucknow is just too much, but the work doesn't stop. We are just a small team trying to keep our projects on track. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We just know about houses and how to get them built. Sometimes there are delays with the labor or the materials, and we just have to figure it out. It is a bit of a grind, but we like seeing a building go up where there was just an empty lot before. Being in 226010 means we are near a lot of the new development, so there is always something to look at. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
