Parakh Estatedeveloper Private Limited is based out of Chinhat in Lucknow. Our office is at Plot No- 23 A. It’s a busy area and getting through the traffic to get here can be a bit of a chore some days. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a local team trying to develop some land and build some houses. The office usually smells like tea and old paper. We have stacks of files everywhere because we haven't quite gone fully digital yet. It works for us. Developing estates in Lucknow means dealing with a lot of different people, from government clerks to laborers. It can be exhausting. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a plot is good, we say so. If it has issues with water or electricity, we tell you. To us, it's better to be honest than to have someone angry at us later. We’ve lived in the 226028 area for a long time. We’ve seen Chinhat grow from almost nothing to what it is now. It's nice to be part of that. We aren't perfect. Sometimes we're late with an update or we lose a set of keys. But we always make it right in the end. That’s just how we do things. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. No big promises, just real work and hopefully, some families moving into houses that we helped get built.
