Pahal Buildtech Private Limited is situated over in Jankipuram. Specifically, we are at Sahara Grace, 13/401, Malhar Delux. It is a 226021 area of Lucknow. We focus on the building and technology side of construction. It is a lot of planning and making sure the engineering part is right. Our office is just a regular apartment space that we converted so we have a place to meet. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but we make it work. We spend most of our time out in the field anyway. Jankipuram is a busy area and we have several projects nearby. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. We are more likely to be wearing jeans and t-shirts than suits. We don't have a polished pitch for people. Usually, we just show them what we have built before and let them decide. Building things is complicated and there are always problems to solve, like a pipe that doesn't fit or a wall that isn't straight. We just work through those things one by one. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. We are local people who know the Lucknow ground well. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a simple life. We like seeing a building go up where there used to be nothing but an empty lot.
