We are Paavni Builders Private Limited. You can find our main office at DAS-1290, Sector D, in the LDA Colony on Kanpur Road here in Lucknow. It’s a decent neighborhood to work out of. Most of the time, we’re out on-site, but this is where the paperwork happens. Lucknow is growing so fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our spot in the LDA Colony. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. It’s just us trying to keep the construction projects moving along. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate or deliveries are late. We’ve been around for a bit, and we’ve learned that being straightforward is usually the best way to handle things. Our office at DAS-1290 is usually quiet until the workers come in to get their assignments. We do what we can to stay busy and do right by the people we work for. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to build things. Kanpur Road is always busy, so it’s easy for people to stop by if they need to talk to us about a project. We don't use any big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a local business in Uttar Pradesh, doing what we know how to do. That's really all there is to it. If you're in Sector D, you've probably seen our sign near the road.
