Optlands Colonizers Private Limited is over in the Chinhat area of Lucknow, specifically on Deva Road at Kanchanpur. We are located at Plot No. 16, Kh 287 A, in Gomti Vihar. This part of Lucknow is really growing, with a lot of new colonies popping up everywhere. Our job is to help with that colonization and land development. The office is right where the action is, which means it can get a bit noisy with all the trucks and machines nearby. We keep things very simple. There’s a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps showing the different plots we are working on. We aren't corporate people with suits and ties. Most of the time, we are in our regular clothes, ready to go out and walk the land with anyone who visits. It’s a lot of physical work, checking boundaries and making sure the leveling is right for building. We talk to a lot of local people who are looking to buy land or build a house. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just show them what’s available and explain the process. It’s honest, local business. Some days are slow, and other days everyone is calling at once. We just take it as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. It’s hard work being out in the sun all day, but seeing a new colony take shape makes it feel worth it.
