Ocellus Infra Developers Private Limited is a small setup based in Alambagh, Lucknow. We operate out of house number 551Ka/606 on Sanjay Gandhi Marg in Azad Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city near the Alambagh area. The office is actually care of Shambhu Saran Singh, who has been around here for a long time. We work on infra development, which sounds like a big fancy term, but it really just means we help build things and develop land. It involves a lot of sitting around waiting for permits and then suddenly having way too much to do once they come through. Lucknow is growing fast, and there is always something new happening in 226005. We aren't a huge team with lots of departments. We just have a few people who know how to manage a project from start to finish. Our office is tucked away in a residential-looking street, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We know our neighbors and we know the local shops. Dealing with the heat in Uttar Pradesh is part of the job, and so is dealing with the traffic on the way to Alambagh. We just try to be practical about how we develop things. It isn't always perfect, but we put the effort in and that’s what counts for us. We just keep moving forward with whatever comes next for the group.
