We’ve been running Nwfuture India Builders Private Limited from our spot in Azad Nagarchillawan for a while now. It’s a busy area and we mostly deal with local building stuff. People around here know where to find us. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done in the neighborhood and we had the tools for it. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather gets bad or materials don't show up on time, but we manage to get through it. My cousin and a couple of guys I've known since school handle most of the site work. We aren't a giant office with fancy coffee machines or anything. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Most of our days are spent checking on projects or talking to suppliers over the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks us to build something, we look at the plans and tell them if we can do it. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. It’s just work. We like staying around here because we know the roads and the people. Sometimes we take on bigger jobs, but usually, it's just regular construction. We've had this office for a few years and it serves us well enough for what we do.
