Our office is located at G-1, Good Luck Palace on Tilak Marg. It’s right in the Dalibagh area of Lucknow. If you know the city, you know Tilak Marg is a pretty central spot. We work on various infrastructure projects around the state. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it involves sitting in meetings or driving out to see how the gravel is being laid on a new road. Being in Lucknow, we get a lot of local visitors who just want to know what's happening with the local development. The office at Good Luck Palace is comfortable, though it gets a bit cramped when all the engineers come back at the same time. We don’t go for all that corporate talk you see on the news. We are more concerned with whether the materials are arriving on schedule and if the weather is going to hold up. Lucknow has its own pace, and we try to work with that rather than against it. Sometimes things move slow, sometimes they move fast. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve been around for a while, so we know most of the people in the trade. It’s just how we do things here, without too much fuss or extra noise about it.
