NEW CON STRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

Starting this place at Vrindavan Yojna was a big step for us. We've been at 5D/65 for a while now. Most days you'll find us out on sites or back at the office sorting through plans. It's not a flashy setup, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. We handle structural work. People around here know we're mostly busy with concrete and steel. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. Lucknow is growing fast, especially this part of the city. We try to keep up with the pace but some days are harder than others. My team is small. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If you come by the office, you might catch us having tea or arguing over a blueprint. It’s just how we work. We don't pretend to be some giant corporation. We are just New Con Structures, trying to get the jobs done right without too much fuss. It's a lot of long hours, honestly. The weather gets hot and the dust is everywhere on site, but that’s the trade. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we moved in. It feels good to be part of the local scene here in 226029. We just take it one project at a time and hope the rain doesn't stall the work. There is always more to do than hours in the day.
