Nestway Realty is located at Plot No -2 in Karuna Nagar, near the Sarsawan Kulikheda Mod on Sultan Pur Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a good spot in Lucknow. We are right there where the city is stretching out towards the south. Our office is basically just a room on the plot where we handle all our real estate business. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Sultan Pur Road area really well. We spend a lot of time walking around different plots and talking to people about what they want to build or buy. It is a lot of local talk and keeping an eye on how the neighborhood is changing. There’s no corporate gloss here; our shoes are usually dirty from the sites and we drink a lot of local tea. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people find a place to settle down in Karuna Nagar. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the paperwork is a real headache, but we just keep pushing through it. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with property and try to be honest about what’s available. It’s a simple, local business run by people who actually live and work in Lucknow.
