It's mostly just handled from here, which is a busy part of the city but still has that residential feel. Working in infrastructure means there’s always something going on, whether it’s checking on a site or talking to contractors. I spend a lot of time on my phone or driving around Lucknow to make sure things are moving. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with a desk and some maps on the wall. I don't see the point in spending a lot of money on a glass building when the real work happens on the ground. People in Indira Nagar know the area well, and I’ve been around here long enough to know how the local systems work. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. One day I’m looking at blueprints, the next I’m trying to find where a shipment of cement went. It gets tiring, but it's okay. I don't have a big staff to manage, so I do most of the legwork myself. It keeps the overhead low and the focus on the actual building work. That’s just how I prefer to run things. I stay honest about the time it takes and just get on with it.
