Neelmadhav Housing Private Limited

We are based over in Gomti Nagar, specifically at Vastu Khand. If you know Lucknow, you know this part of town has changed a lot over the years. Our office is at 1/494, and it’s where we spend most of our mornings planning out housing projects. Neelmadhav Housing is basically a small team. We don’t have a huge staff, so when someone calls, they usually end up talking to one of us directly. Dealing with houses and land around here can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, just a regular one for the people living nearby. Some days we are out at the sites getting dusty, and other days we are just sitting at the desks trying to get the files in order. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow, and we’re just glad to have a part in it. It isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes materials are late or the weather in Lucknow doesn't cooperate, but we just keep pushing through. We like being in Gomti Nagar because it’s central for us. No fancy gimmicks here, just us doing our daily jobs and making sure people have a place to stay. We don't spend money on big ads, we just focus on the task at hand.
