Navniyojan Nirman Private Limited

Navniyojan Nirman is located at Plot Number 40 in Himcity Part-II. We are over in the Kanchanpuri area of Matiyari, out here in Chinhat. It is a bit of a trek from the main city center of Lucknow, but we like it here. It’s quieter and gives us room to keep our equipment and supplies. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape you see in bigger firms. It’s just us and a small crew of workers we’ve known for years. We spend a lot of time out on the dusty roads of Matiyari checking on progress. Our office isn't anything to look at—just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints spread out everywhere. We don't use fancy talk or try to impress people with big numbers. We just tell you what can be done and how long it’ll take. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, and we just deal with it as it comes. That is the reality of this kind of work. We are just local folks trying to build something decent for the community here in Lucknow. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
