Mrnr Builders & Developers Private Limited

You can find us over at Himcity Part 1 on Deva Road in the Chinhat area of Lucknow. We are on the first floor, in units 83 and 84. Mrnr Builders & Developers Private Limited is a local business, and we've been working out of this Rehmanpur neighborhood for a while. Lucknow is expanding a lot in this direction, so there is always some kind of construction going on nearby. It gets pretty dusty around here with all the trucks and the new developments, but that is just how it goes when a city is growing. We spend a lot of our time out on the land, checking on how the building work is progressing. Then we come back to the office to deal with all the legal stuff and the planning. It is a private limited company, but we don't really have that corporate feel. It is just a few of us making sure everything is handled. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and we try to get it done. Sometimes materials are late or the weather shuts us down for a few days, which can be frustrating. We just deal with those things as they come. It's a lot of coordination and hard work, but we like being part of the building scene here in Lucknow.
