MRITUNJAI INFRA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based out of Indira Nagar in Lucknow, specifically at C-106B. If you know Lucknow, you know Indira Nagar is always crowded and loud. Our office is tucked away in a spot that’s actually relatively quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to look over site plans. We have a few desks and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. The office cat, a stray we started feeding last year, usually sleeps on the piles of paper. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a sales team. It is just me, my partner, and a few supervisors who are mostly out in the field. The summer heat in Lucknow is really something else, so we tend to start our days very early to get the outdoor work done. By afternoon, we are usually back in the office drinking cold water and answering emails. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We deal with all sorts of local building projects, mostly small residential stuff or renovations for shops in the area. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to get through the day’s tasks without too many problems with the materials or the weather.
