MISHRA & SONS REALCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located out in Fatehpur Bakkas, which is near Gosainganj on the Sultanpur Road in Lucknow. Being a bit away from the main city center gives us more room to breathe, but it also means we spend a lot of time traveling back and forth. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, as the name suggests. We deal with real estate and construction, focusing on the areas that are still expanding on the outskirts of Lucknow. The office is a simple place where we meet with clients and talk about land and building plans. It’s often busy with people coming in to ask about plots or current construction progress. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything. Usually, there’s just someone at the desk and maybe a few of us drinking tea and discussing the day’s tasks. The Sultanpur Road area is changing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s hard work, especially with the dust and the long commutes, but it’s satisfying to see things actually getting built. We don't use polished marketing talk. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. It’s about being practical and keeping the work moving forward day by day. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, making sure the labor is showing up and the materials are being used correctly.
