Our office is located in the Hussainabad area, which is a very old and famous part of town. We are specifically at Mahtab Bagh, in room 103 on the first floor. It is an interesting place to work because you can feel the history of the neighborhood whenever you walk outside. Being an OPC, or a one-person company, means things are handled very directly here. There is not a lot of bureaucracy or layers of management. If you come by, you are usually talking to the person who is actually doing the work. We focus on infratech projects, which basically means we look at building and development stuff. The space on the first floor is small but functional. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives a good view of the street. Dealing with construction in an area like Hussainabad can be tricky because of how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always moving around. We have to be careful with how we plan things. Most of our clients are people from the local community who want to see some improvement in the buildings around here. It is a practical business. We do not use any fancy software or have expensive furniture. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of work to get through. It is a quiet existence most of the days, just focusing on one project at a time until it is finished properly.
