MBMK Construction Private Limited is located over at 4/146 in Rajni Khand, Sharda Nagar. If you know Lucknow, you know this area has been growing a lot lately and houses are popping up everywhere. We have been part of that, mostly just doing the regular building work that needs doing. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of workers, but we have a solid crew that shows up every morning ready to work. Our office is a bit crowded with blueprints and samples of tiles, but it works fine for us. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get decent prices on steel and cement. It is not always easy to keep everything on schedule, especially with the Lucknow heat in the middle of summer, but we manage. We are not here to give you a big sales pitch or make fancy promises. We just build things. Whether it is a small renovation or a bigger project, we handle it the same way. We take our time to make sure the foundation is right because that is the most important part of any structure. Sometimes we have to deal with city regulations and permits, which can be a real headache, but it is part of the job. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time. We are not fancy people. We just like seeing a project go from a pile of dirt to a finished house people can live in.
