MAXWELL REALITY & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office for MAXWELL REALITY & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is at House No. F/1/0078/GF. It’s right in Sector F of Sushant Golf City on Sultanpur Road in Lucknow. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets a bit windy sometimes. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in when they have questions. Lucknow is a big city, but our corner of it feels a bit more manageable. We handle reality and construction work, which basically means we are either talking about property or we are on-site making sure the cement is mixing right. We don't have a lot of decorations in the office. It's mostly just maps of the city and some samples of tiles or paint. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a small team of people who know how to build stuff. Most of our clients are just regular people looking to get a home or a small office space set up. We talk to them in plain English or Hindi, depending on what’s easier for everyone. There’s no need for fancy talk when you’re talking about bricks and mortar. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work for us here. We just take it project by project and try to do a decent job for our neighbors on Sultanpur Road.
