Masqan Homes Private Limited is based out of Chinhat, specifically in the Govind Vihar Colony. Our address is 633/B-7, and it is a pretty quiet area compared to the center of Lucknow. We set up shop here because we liked the feel of the neighborhood. The office is basically a converted room with a few tables and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on homes in this part of the city. Since Chinhat is growing, there is always something new to look into. We don't have a fancy marketing budget or any glossy brochures to hand out. Usually, we just sit down with people and show them the maps on our wall. It’s a bit informal, and we might be wearing sandals instead of dress shoes, but we know our stuff. The local roads can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, so we appreciate it when people make the trip out to see us. We spend a lot of time on the ground, visiting sites and talking to builders. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details over and over again to make sure everything is right.
