You can find Marwaadh Infracon at 76/24, Gurudwara Road, in the Naka Hindola area of Lucknow. It's a crowded part of town, always lots of people and noise. We like it because it feels alive. Our office is a simple place where we manage our construction projects. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant. We just want to be a reliable team that people can talk to. Most of the time, we are out checking on sites or meeting with people about new work. The infrastructure business in Lucknow is pretty competitive, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. We've had our share of late nights trying to finish up paperwork or figuring out logistics for a big delivery. It's not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to set things right. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just build things. We use bricks, mortar, and a lot of patience. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us out, or the traffic in Naka Hindola makes us late, but we get there eventually. Our crew is small and we all know each other well. It feels more like a family than a big company. We’ve been at this for some time now and we just want to keep going.
