Our office is over in Aliganj, specifically at Plot No. C-14 in Sector-F. It’s a decent area of Lucknow to work from. We’ve been running Manvik Projects as an LLP for a while. The daily routine is mostly about managing different project sites and keeping track of all the moving parts. Construction work has its ups and downs. One day everything is smooth, and the next day you’re dealing with a broken machine or a missed delivery. That’s just the nature of the beast. We aren't a massive corporation with floors of office space. We’re a smaller team that knows each other well. Most of us have been in this industry for quite some time. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they are solid. Lucknow is changing fast, and there is always something new being built. Being in Aliganj puts us in a good position to reach different parts of the city. We try to keep our communication clear and avoid all that corporate jargon that doesn't mean much to regular people. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We don't like overpromising. It’s better to be honest about what can be done. Our space in Sector-F is where we do all the planning. It’s often cluttered with blueprints and site maps, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the actual building work and let the results speak for themselves. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. That's the way it is.
