Mangal Vihar Housing Private Limited operates out of a quiet spot in Vipul Khand. Gomti Nagar is a nice part of Lucknow, but it can be hard to find 3/213 if you aren't familiar with how the lanes are numbered. We are just a small group of people working out of this space. It feels more like a house than a real office, which actually helps keep things relaxed. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. There is always a pot of tea going, and we spend a lot of time talking about the local real estate market over snacks. We handle housing matters, which mostly involves a lot of reading through old records and making sure the numbers add up. It is slow work sometimes, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but we stay on top of it. The garden outside needs a bit of trimming, but we’ve been too busy with the files lately. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to help people get their housing situations sorted without a lot of drama. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask questions, and we do our best to help them out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We enjoy being here in Gomti Nagar and plan to stay for a while.
