Manavata Infraestate Private Limited is located at Plot No 17 in Ketan Vihaar, Sari Purwa. This is over in the Alamnagar area. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now. Our business is mostly about infraestate, which means we deal with land and building projects. Alamnagar is a place with a lot of history and we like being based here. The office is on a regular plot and it’s where we do all our planning. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day. Most of the time we are in work clothes because we are headed to a site. Construction is a tough business and it’s not always pretty. There are delays and problems with the weather, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do honest work and make sure the buildings we work on are solid. People around Ketan Vihaar know us by now. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone we deal with. We don't like complicated contracts or hidden fees. We just tell you what it costs and what we can do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’re just local guys trying to do right by our neighbors and our projects. It takes a lot of effort to get things right, but we think it is worth it in the end.
