MAKZA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at House Number 100/3 in Mumtaj Colony, Mishirpur. We are right opposite the Bharat Gas Agencies on Kursi Road in Lucknow. It is a pretty easy spot to find because everyone knows where the gas agency is. We have been operating out of this colony for a while now. The office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and development plans. It’s not very big, but it serves us well. Most of our work happens out on the road or at the development sites along Kursi Road. We are just regular people who decided to get into the development business. We don't have any fancy boardrooms. Mostly, we meet in the front room or even outside if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys who do the actual digging and building. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go as planned, but we just keep at it. Lucknow is growing fast, and being in Mishirpur puts us right in the middle of a lot of that growth. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to do our work, get the projects done, and go home to our families. It is a straightforward life and we are okay with that. People know where we are if they need to talk about some land.
