Mainstone Projects Private Limited

Mainstone Projects Private Limited is based out of House No. A-2 in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. It is a residential house that we use for our office work, so it feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have the front rooms set up with desks and printers. Nirala Nagar is a nice, quiet area with plenty of trees, which is a nice change from the dusty construction sites we visit. We spend a lot of time here going over budgets and looking at architectural drawings. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. We have a small kitchen where we make tea for anyone who stops by. Most of our work involves a lot of waiting for permits or for materials to be delivered. We have a few cupboards full of old project files and samples of bricks and paint. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You just get one of us. We have been working out of this house for a while now, and it suits us just fine. It is a practical way to run things without having to pay for a fancy storefront. We just focus on the projects and try to keep our clients updated on how things are progressing.
