Mahashri Developers Private Limited is based out of Chinhat, specifically in the Vill Jarahra area near Rasoolpur. Our office is actually located at Sri Ram Suresh’s place. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening around the village and the outskirts of Lucknow. Being in Chinhat gives us a good view of how things are changing. We handle land and development work, mostly focusing on the local plots and small construction needs that come up in these parts. It can be a bit quiet out here, but there is always some work to do with the land. We spend a lot of time on the ground, checking on sites and talking to people about their property. It’s a family-style business in a way, very informal and based on knowing the neighbors. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of what we do comes through word of mouth from people in the village or nearby. Dealing with land records and construction in these areas takes a lot of patience. We just try to stay honest and do the work that’s right in front of us. If you are looking for us, you’ll have to head out towards Rasoolpur. It’s a simple operation, but we stay busy enough with the local development projects.
