Our office is at Villa No - 562 in Sector B of Eldeco City, right on IIM Road. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time, though the main road gets quite a lot of traffic during the rush hours. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and trying to figure out where the next project is going to be. Developing land in this part of town takes a lot of patience. There is always paperwork to sort through and people to meet. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a small team trying to make things work in the construction business. Most of our days involve driving out to sites, checking the levels, and making sure the materials like sand and cement are where they need to be. It gets hot out there on the IIM Road side of things, but that is just part of the job. We have been at this for some time now. People in Eldeco City know where to find us if they have questions about land or building something. We don't spend much on advertising because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a lot of practical stuff, like fixing mistakes or dealing with delays. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It is a straightforward business for us and we just take things one day at a time.
