Maa Datia Builders Llp is located at A 2/50 in Vishal Khand, which is a well-known part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is a massive area, but Vishal Khand has its own specific feel. Our office is basically a converted space that works well for us. There are trees along the road which give a bit of shade during the hot months. We spend most of our hours inside these walls. The layout is a bit cramped because we have a lot of maps and plans lying around on every available surface. We have a small area where we sit and talk, and the chai comes in from the stall just around the corner. It's a very normal office environment. Nothing is too polished or perfect. We have some mismatched chairs and the lighting is okay, but not brilliant. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us get things done. We like being in this part of the city because it is easy to get to from almost anywhere. Most people who visit us say the address is easy to find. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and we are there. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We have been here for a bit and the place has grown on us over time. It feels like a real workspace.
